Geb Hetep Scheduling & Cancellation Policy








A $60 deposit fee is required to book an appointment (with exception of a sauna). Once your appointment has been booked, you will be contacted via email or by phone to confirm your booking. At the first appointment you will have the option of applying the deposit to the balance of your session or a series. 



For a full refund of your deposit you must cancel your appointment within 24hrs of booking the appointment. After 24hrs you will have the opportunity to apply your deposit to another appointment within six months to avoid loosing the deposit.



The full price of the session is due for no-show or cancellations less than 2hrs prior to your appointment. For future appointment this balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.


To get a full refund on product purchases the product must be returned within ten days. If purchased online a shipping and handling fee will apply. The product must be unopened and undamaged.

After ten days there will be a 10% restocking fee.

This refund policy will expire after twenty-one days of purchase.



For a session the expiration date is 6 months.

For a series of 3-10 sessions the expiration date is 12 months.

For a series of 15 sessions the expiration date is 18 months.

All unused portion of a series will be forfeited after the allotted time from purchase.
