About Us at Geb Hetep
An Oasis in Brooklyn, Geb Hetep Wholistic Center began as a dream. This dream was of a wellness center designed to promote holistic healing, better nutrition and self-awareness in a serene and nurturing environment. Lystra Ebron nurtured this dream and in September of 1990, with the help of friends and family members, The Geb Hetep Wholistic Center became a reality.
Originally trained in the Woods system of colon hydrotherapy, Lystra branched off to develop her own unique technique of colon hydrotherapy. Over the years she has perfected this technique combining it with aromatherapy, soft relaxing music and gentle abdominal massage to enhance the healing and detoxification process of a colonic session that can only be described as a personal healing experience. Every therapist working out of Geb Hetep is trained in this technique to insure that each personal session is equally rewarding.
The Geb Hetep Wholistic Center originally opened up as a colon hydrotherapy center. Since then we have expanded our services to include cleansing and detoxification programs, reflexology, massage, an infra-red sauna, Nes HEALTH and an array of classes and workshops.
Surrounded by a beautiful environment, soft spirit enhancing music and aromatherapy Geb Hetep Wholistic Center continues to be a place with an inviting atmosphere and caring professionals who are dedicated to assist you in your personal goal of health and wellness.
