Booking Policy

A $60 non-refundable deposit is required to book a colonic, massage, or reflexology appointment. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via text or email.

At your first appointment, you have the option to apply your deposit toward the balance of your session or toward a series. A $60 deposit is also required to reserve a cleansing kit, with the remaining balance due upon pickup.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. The retained deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within the allowable timeframe.

Series Expiration Dates

  • • For prepaid sessions of 1–3 sessions, the expiration date is 6 months.

  • • For a series of 5–10 sessions, the expiration date is 12 months.

  • • For a series of 15 sessions, the expiration date is 15 months.


All unused portions of a series will be forfeited after the allotted time from purchase. If reactivation is requested within two months of expiration, a 50% reactivation fee will apply to the remaining session balance. 

You are responsible for completing your series within the active period.

No-Show / Late Cancellation Fee

A $60 late cancellation fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

The full session fee is due for no-shows or cancellations made less than 6 hours before your appointment. Outstanding balances must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

Refund Policy

Deposits and expired series are non-refundable. However, sessions may be reassigned to another individual prior to expiration.

Refund surcharges for active, unused session or series are as follows:

  • • Up to 3 months – 0% surcharge

  • • 3 to 6 months – 25% surcharge

  • • 6 months to 1 year – 50% surcharge

Product Refunds

To receive a full refund on any product purchased, items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, unopened and undamaged. For online purchases, shipping and handling fees will apply. After 10 days, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.

No refunds will be issued after 15 days from the purchase date.
